1. About these terms
Online Quran Class for Kids (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the children’s Qur’an program of Kitaab Academy. These terms apply to your use of onlinequranclassforkids.com and to enrollment in our classes. “You” means the parent or guardian using this site or enrolling a child.
By using this website or enrolling a child, you agree to these terms, our Privacy & Cookie Policy, and our Refund Policy. Enrollment and payment take place on Kitaab Academy’s website, kitaab.academy, whose terms also apply there.
2. Our programs
- Quran classes for kids: live, 1-on-1 online classes for children ages 6 to 15, covering Noorani Qaida, Tajweed, reading fluency, and memorization (Hifz).
- Quranic Arabic for adults: live online group courses in Classical Arabic, run in semesters.
We place each child at the stage that fits their current level. Program details, schedules, and prices shown on this site may change; the details confirmed at enrollment apply.
3. Enrollment and payment
- Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.
- Kids’ classes are billed monthly in advance, in U.S. dollars, and begin at the start of the upcoming month. Current plans are listed on our pricing section.
- There are no registration fees and no long-term contracts.
- Adult Quranic Arabic courses are paid per semester.
- Payments are processed securely by Kitaab Academy’s payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
- If our prices change, we will tell you before the change applies to your next payment, and you may cancel before then.
4. Scheduling and missed classes
- You choose your child’s class times from available morning, afternoon, or weekend slots.
- You can reschedule a class when you let us know about a conflict in advance.
- Every class is recorded, so if your child misses a class they can review the lesson before the next one. A class missed without advance notice is not otherwise made up.
- Class times are agreed in your local time zone; please tell us if your time zone changes.
5. Refunds, pausing, and cancelling
You may request a full refund after your child’s first class, before the second class begins. You may pause enrollment for travel, and cancel anytime before the next calendar month. Full details are in our Refund, Pause & Cancellation Policy.
6. Parents and child safety
The safety of children in our classes comes first. As a parent or guardian, you agree to:
- make sure a responsible adult is at home and available during your child’s classes;
- provide a device with a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space;
- keep the class link private and not let anyone else join;
- tell us about anything that may affect your child’s learning or wellbeing in class.
Our teachers will not ask children for personal contact details or to communicate outside the agreed class platform. Teachers communicate with parents about progress and scheduling. If you ever have a concern about a class, contact us right away at info@onlinequranclassforkids.com.
7. Conduct in class
We expect respectful behavior from students, families, and teachers. A teacher may end a class early if a student or anyone present behaves inappropriately or the class becomes unsafe. We may suspend or end enrollment for serious or repeated misconduct, and will explain why. Any refund in that case follows our Refund Policy.
8. Class recordings
- Classes are recorded so your family can review lessons and catch up on missed classes.
- Recordings are shared only with your family and our teaching team. They may also be reviewed by our staff for quality and safety.
- Recordings are for your family’s personal use only. Please don’t share, upload, or publish them, as they may show our teachers and their materials.
- You can ask us to delete your child’s recordings at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more.
