One child, one teacher
Every class is live and 1-on-1 on Zoom. We never run group sessions, and your child keeps the same teacher week after week.
About Us
We are the children’s Qur’an program of Kitaab Academy, an academy with 4 years of teaching the Qur’an and Classical Arabic live online. Our teachers help children ages 6 to 15 read, understand, and love the Book of Allah, one child and one teacher at a time.

Our Story
Online Quran Class for Kids started with a simple goal: help Muslim children grow up loving the Qur’an, not just reciting it. Many families in the U.S. have no structured Qur’an program nearby, and weekend classes rarely give a child the attention they need. So we built one around the child: live 1-on-1 lessons on Zoom, a teacher who stays with them week after week, and a clear path from the first Arabic letter to memorizing Juz ‘Amma and beyond.
We are part of Kitaab Academy, which has spent 4 years teaching the Qur’an and Classical Arabic online. More than 1,053 learners across 10+ countries have studied with our teachers. Our children’s program brings that experience to your home, with teachers who were born and raised in the United States.

How we teach
Every class is live and 1-on-1 on Zoom. We never run group sessions, and your child keeps the same teacher week after week.
Our Qur’an teachers grew up here. They understand school life, speak your child’s language, and make the Qur’an feel close.
Four defined stages take each child from the first Arabic letter, through Tajweed and fluency, to memorizing Juz ‘Amma and beyond.
Our Vision
We envision a Muslim community deeply connected to their faith through the Qur’an and Classical Arabic, starting with our children.
It grows from Kitaab Academy’s wider vision of a Muslim community whose faith is deepened by learning Classical Arabic, the language of the Qur’an.
Our teachers
Our Qur’an teachers work alongside our Arabic and Islamic studies instructors. Many completed their own Hifz as children, and several hold ijazah in Qur’an recitation.
