2. Kids’ classes: refunds
If you decide our program is not the right fit, you may request a full refund after your child’s first scheduled class, as long as the request is made before the second scheduled class begins.
Refund requests made after the second scheduled class has begun are not eligible for a refund. You can still cancel future months at any time (see Cancelling).
3. Pausing enrollment
If your family is traveling or your child will be away for an extended period, you can pause your child’s enrollment. Let us know in advance and we’ll hold your child’s place until you’re ready to resume.
4. Cancelling
There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your child’s enrollment at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month, notify us before the start of the next calendar month, and no further payments will be taken.
Tuition already paid for the current month is not refunded, except under the first-class refund described above.
5. Quranic Arabic for adults
Our Quranic Arabic group courses are paid per semester and follow Kitaab Academy’s semester policy:
- Full refund if you withdraw before the 4th class of the term.
- If you withdraw before completing half of the term, you may defer your payment to a future course within one year of the deferral date.
- After one year, a deferred payment expires and you would enroll again as a new student.
6. How to make a request
Email info@onlinequranclassforkids.com with the parent’s name, your child’s name, and whether you’d like a refund, a pause, or to cancel. For refunds, the time we receive your email counts, so please write before the second class (or the 4th class for adult courses). We’ll confirm by email.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We’ll email you once the refund has been issued. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it on your statement.
